Baby Naomi has seen much of the USA in her five months. Born in NYC, She's already traveled with us to NJ, Phillydelphia, PA, Washington DC, Newport, RI, and Boston Mas. Bruno, her 7 yrs old mixed dog, is also a seasoned traveler. Born in Jerusalem, he's been all over that tiny country. From the Golan Hights in the north to Eilat in the southern tip. In the US he's been a New Yorker for the past couple of years, enjoying mainly Riverside Park but also the pond at Central Park. He's also been to Cape Code and Newport, RI.
In a couple of days we'll take both on a Wild West adventure. Following the 1800's Gold Rush we're heading west for San Francisco. With our rented SUV we'll try to drive the 3,000 miles out west on a coast to coast road trip. We have about two weeks set up for this advneture. On our way we'll stop by some of America's breath taking vistas. Please join us in our journey through this blog. Given access to internet connection, we will try posting on our way, as we proceed.

Our path loosely follows "the Lonliest Road" described in "Road Trip USA" and "The National Road" described in "Roadtripping USA"...
